All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. If your piece is damaged in transit please take photos of the damaged glass piece(s) as well as the damaged packaging and notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We are happy to assist with filing a claim with the carrier and/or arranging a replacement/repair.
Use code LOCAL at check out to remove the shipping charges and arrange for local pick-up. We will contact you directly at the email you provide at check out to schedule a pick-up time and location.
We ship packages a minimum of once per week. Please allow up to 7 days for items to ship. Packages are typically shipped via USPS priority mail (2-3 business days) with tracking and insurance, shipping times may vary based on seasonality. If you would like expedited shipping please notify us directly to make arrangements. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All designs are original artwork designed and fabricated by Have Some More Atl LLC unless otherwise stated on the description of the piece. Please do not copy or steal our artwork.
